Your details, kept to a minimum.
This site collects one thing: the details you give us when you ask for a demo. Here’s what happens to them.

Who we are
Opsinis is run by Ihsanullah Sadiq, a sole trader in the UK, who is responsible for any personal details given through this site (the “controller”, in data protection terms). You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into the “Book a demo” form: your name, work email, organisation and role. Nothing else is collected about you.
Like any website, the servers that deliver this one see your IP address and browser details in order to send you the page and keep the site secure. We don’t use them to identify or follow you.
Why we use it
To reply to you and arrange the demo you asked for, and nothing else. We won’t add you to a mailing list. The law lets us do this because you asked us to get in touch (our “legitimate interests”).
Where it goes
When you send the form, Cloudflare, which hosts this site, passes your details straight to our inbox as an email. The site doesn’t keep them in a database. Our inbox is a Gmail account, provided by Google. When we write back, our emails are delivered by Resend, an email delivery service.
Cloudflare, Google and Resend may handle data outside the UK. Each protects it under its own published privacy and data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Twelve months after we last heard from you, then we delete it. If we go on to work together, we keep it for as long as we do.
Who we share it with
No one. We never sell your details or pass them on, apart from Cloudflare, Google and Resend as above.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts are served from the site itself, so loading a page doesn’t send your details to anyone else. If we ever add analytics, they will be cookie-free, and this page will say so first.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to have them corrected or deleted, or object to how we use them. Email [email protected] and we’ll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
